Setup required before login.
1. Create .env from .env.example (DB + INSTALL_TOKEN).
2. Open /install?token=YOUR_INSTALL_TOKEN once.
3. Then sign in with the seeded accounts below.

After install, default accounts are:
ceo / ChangeMeCEO!234
bdm / ChangeMeBDM!234
Change these passwords immediately.
